An explosive video that shows a woman catching her cheating husband sunbathing with another woman at the beach is going viral. In the clip, the woman named Kelly Smith confronts her husband and his girlfriend. The enraged Kelly Smith, who was nine months pregnant at the time, asks his girlfriend, “I’m his nine-month pregnant wife due in two weeks. Who are you?”
When she yells expletives at her husband, he responds by saying, “We’re getting a divorce. We got a divorce.” Kelly Smith says that this is a complete lie and he was at her house on the same day. She yells, “No! He’s not getting a divorce!” She addresses her husband and says, “You’re disgusting. You’re f***** disgusting,”
Later in the video when her husband is not in the frame, Kelly Smith talks to the other woman and says, “If he lied to you I’m sorry, I know this is not your fault.” This video was initially posted on TikTok by Kelly Smith herself, but it is now circulating across social media.
An Instagram user commented on it, “Oh y’all MARRIED and he CHEATING and you got it on VIDEO? Girl go to the courts right now and sue that man for adultery, public embarrassment and take everything that boy got. Put him on child support. Thank you.”
Another person wrote, “I love the fact she never blamed the woman that is with the husband cuz probably her husband never said such a thing to the new woman.”
Someone else opined, “If he told you he’s getting a divorce, it means he’s still married. Stay away. Period. Don’t fall for the lies.”
An Instagram user wrote, “Marriage sadly means nothing now, and not even in court. My husband ended up committing bigamy and even lied about our marriage license, which is why I asked for a divorce. He was already divorced with 2 kids from other women, but he still denies it.”
As per the New York Post, Kelly Smith mentioned on her TikTok that this video was taken in April 2023 but she posted it this year. She also wrote, “I have been trying to get divorced ever since, but the court in my county is so backed up that we haven’t even gone to court yet.” Her husband has reportedly not seen their daughters since October 2023 nor paid any child support.
