Is there anyone who can say no to Momos? We think not. The dish has seen a lot of transformation from its authentic self over the years. From gravy and tandoori to chocolate momos, there is no limit. Well, in the era of bizarre food combinations, a new variety of momo has emerged from the streets of Delhi that you would certainly find hard to digest, Dry Fruit Paneer Momo. Yes, you read that right! A video circulating on social media features a Delhi-based street food vendor selling these bizarre momos. The clip has gathered 8.6 Million views on Instagram.

The clip begins with a vlogger holding a plate full of dry fruits including cashews, almonds and raisins. He then asks the vendor if he can make momos with it. To this, he confidently agrees and promises to prepare the best momo dish. As for the preparation, the vendor puts a lot of butter in a frying pan and when it starts melting he adds the plate of dry fruits. He adds chopped capsicum, onion, and carrot to it. After it gets a golden-brown texture, he incorporates a generous amount of mayonnaise and liquid cheese into the mixture. Hold your horses, this is not the end.

Later on, he adds cream and oregano to the white gravy and finally adds a few pieces of fried paneer momos and stirs it. Next up, he transfers it to a plate and garnishes it with finely cut almonds before serving. These unique Dry Fruit Paneer Momos will cost you Rs 240 per plate.

As soon as the video was posted on Instagram, foodies couldn’t help but drop their reaction in the comments.
