'Tinde Tori': Viral Remake of Vicky Kaushal’s 'Tauba Tauba' Song Has Virat Kohli’s Attention
'Bro made an entire diss track on tinde,' Swiggy Instamart commented.

Although the film Bad Newz did not perform too well at the box office, its song Tauba Tauba has become a sensation. The catchy dance track, sung by Punjabi artist Karan Aujla, has sparked numerous dance challenges and comedic videos. Recently, content creator Paramjeet Singh, known for his humorous Instagram skits, shared a parody of Tauba Tauba. In his video, he humorously expresses his dislike for tinde and toori, two vegetables often disliked in India.

He smartly incorporates the tune of Tauba Tauba with fun lyrics about his mother frequently making tinde and toori and berating him if he complains. Paramjeet Singh captures the frustration of people who wish to indulge in fast food and fancy cuisines but have to stick to the recurring meals of tinde and toori.

His parody song has so far gathered over 15 lakh likes. An Instagram user described this parody song as “This is epic.” Swiggy Instamart also commented on the clip and wrote, “Bro made an entire diss track on tinde.” Dominos Pizza remarked, “Mummy ke liye tinde wale pizza banade? (Should we make a special tinde pizza for your mother?)” Interestingly, a slew of comments pointed to how cricketer Virat Kohli has also liked the video.

This is not the only video in which a content creator gave a humorous twist to the song. Just last week, internet personality Kushal Mistry made a video about how he used the hook step of Tauba Tauba in his daily life. In a now-viral video, Kushal Mistry shows that the Tauba Tauba dance steps can be used to skip over waterlogged areas. To cross a waterlogged street, one just has to follow the leap-like dance steps of the song to skillfully jump over the stones laid across the waterlogged street.

While sharing this hilarious take on Bosco Martis’s choreography, Kushal Mistry wrote, “Thank you Vicky Kaushal for your help.” This clip has gathered over 4.5 lakh likes. An Instagram user commented on it, “20 missed calls from Vicky Kaushal.” Another person joked, “So this is why they invented those steps.”

Tauba Tauba was released on July 9 on YouTube and so far it has gathered over 9 crore views. Actors Triptii Dimri and Vicky Kaushal have been praised highly for their smooth dance steps in the song.
