He can also be seen cutting those leaves finely with a knife and preparing parathas from them. After that, he adds onions, cheese, spices, etc. to it and prepares a nice stuffing for using them. Then, he stuffs all the stuffing into a big dough ball and cooks it in a pan by putting butter on it.
