A sacked employee was captured on camera engaging in a physical altercation with two former bosses who had fired her. Demonstrating intense anger after her dismissal, she was recorded shouting at her boss, grabbing a chair, and exiting the scene in a frenzied outburst. This incident unfolded at the Harvest & Grounds coffee shop in Terminal D at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on January 13.
The employee, identified as Shacoria Elly, worked at Barista, a coffee shop at the US’s Atlanta Airport. She was fired over the weekend after getting into an argument with another employee over espresso shots, according to the New York Post.
Prior to her departure, the employee allegedly became agitated when denied the opportunity to retrieve her belongings, leading to a confrontation with her managers that escalated into a physical altercation. In the recorded video, the employee, identified as Elly, could be heard demanding her belongings, shouting, “Give me my stuff.”
Posted on platform X, the now-viral clip captures Elly attempting to access the espresso counter, presumably to retrieve her belongings. However, when one of the managers intervenes and pushes her back, Elly becomes visibly agitated. In a fit of anger, she rushes to pick up a chair with the intent to throw it, but the manager manages to wrest it from her hands. Later the manager is seen throwing the woman to the ground as the situation escalates. Undeterred, Elly continues to charge at the manager, attempting to return to the counter. As the video unfolds, the dismissed employee appears to feign leaving the coffee shop, only to abruptly reverse course and leap over the counter in an effort to retrieve her belongings.
Having successfully retrieved her overcoat and backpack, the video captures Elly walking away from the store. Shared on platform X on January 16, the video quickly gained traction, amassing over 1.8 million views within just one day.

The argument got so heated that it prompted Atlanta police officers to arrive on the scene. However, she was gone before the police showed up.
According to a police report obtained by Fox News, “Elly was terminated from her position, and airport security confiscated her badge. All parties were issued a case number and a time frame in which they can obtain a copy of this report; there is nothing further to report at this time.”
It is worth noting that the police officials have not charged her with any crime.
