Within a 2016 document filed by Maxwell’s attorneys, Clinton is mentioned concerning Giuffre’s request for “all communications with thirteen specific witnesses.” However, there is no indication of any illegal activity by Clinton or others listed. Prominent figures such as former US President Donald Trump, ex-Epstein lawyer Alan Dershowitz, former US Vice President Al Gore, and Britain’s Prince Andrew also appear in the unsealed documents that are under scrutiny.

According to Newsweek, notable A-listers from the entertainment industry, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, Cameron Diaz, Kevin Spacey, Bruce Willis, David Copperfield, Michael Jackson, and Stephen Hawking, are listed as well. Epstein and Maxwell, once prominent American socialites, faced accusations of sex trafficking underage girls.

The notorious sex offender, convicted in 2008 for soliciting prostitution from a minor, faced child sex trafficking charges in 2019, dying in custody a month later. Maxwell, convicted in 2021 for federal sex trafficking and conspiracy, is serving a 20-year sentence. US media reports say that flight logs reveal multiple appearances by Bill Clinton on Epstein’s private jet, known as the “Lolita Express.”

In her May 2016 deposition, Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg testified that Epstein once remarked to her that “Clinton likes them young.” This remark Sjoberg took as a reference to young women or girls. However, no direct accusations of illegal activity against Clinton are presented.

Giuffre, another alleged victim, said in a 2011 interview that she saw “no evidence” of Clinton’s interest in young girls. Angel Urena, Clinton’s spokesperson, maintains that Clinton had no knowledge of Epstein’s crimes post his 2019 arrest, having severed ties over a decade earlier.
