Kia EV6 Facelift Revealed, Here's All You Need to Know About India Launch
The EV6’s facelift now comes with a bigger battery pack. It is powered by an 84 kWh unit, which generates a maximum power of 225 bhp in RWD and 320 bhp in AWD.

After making everyone wait for so long, the premium car maker Kia has finally revealed the facelift avatar of EV6. The updated version has received some noticeable cosmetic changes from both side exterior and interior, making it look more appealing than ever.

It has been reported that the 2024 model is likely to hit the Indian market next year. However, an official confirmation is yet to be shared by the brand.

What’s New?

The latest battery-powered compact crossover SUV now looks sportier and bolder. The vehicle gets fresh L-shaped LED DRLs at the front, ditching the eye-bro style elements. The company has also included revised bumper and grilles, which somehow enhance its overall road presence.

Side Profile

Nothing has been touched from the side profile. The 2024 model continues to get the same vibe as its predecessor, featuring identical cuts and creases. However, the updated model now runs on the new alloy wheels, measuring 19-inch in standard variants, while it goes up to 20-inch for the top models.

Rear and Interior

When it comes to the rear profile, nothing has been changed there either. The connecting LED taillight, which spans the width of the car has been carried forward.

The interior went through a major upgrade as it now comes with the integrated dual 12.3-inch displays (one will be used by the driver, while the other one will used for entertainment purposes).

The latest offering also features a redesigned two-spoke multi-functional steering wheel with chunkier steering-mounted controls.

Battery and Power

To attract more customers and give them a value-for-money product, the company has made some changes under the hood as well. The EV6’s facelift now comes with a bigger battery pack. It is powered by an 84 kWh unit, which generates a maximum power of 225 bhp in RWD and 320 bhp in AWD.

The four-wheeler has already 350kW DC fast charging capabilities, allowing the customers to take the battery level from 10 percent to 80 percent in just 18 minutes.
