Mahindra recently launched the XUV 3XO in the country. Boasting a fresh look inside and out, packed with new features, this SUV is the facelift version of the popular XUV300.
The bookings of this revamped SUV opened on May 15th and within an hour, Mahindra clocked 50,000 orders. The automaker has commenced the deliveries of this SUV. Having said that, from today onwards, customers who have booked the model will start receiving their vehicle across India.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO comes equipped with a plethora of features. These inlcude a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital driver’s display of the same size, dual-zone climate control, a wireless phone charger, and a panoramic sunroof. Additional perks like Amazon Alexa and wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay are slated to roll out later through OTA updates.
In terms of safety features, the SUV gets six airbags standard, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera with a blind view monitor, and a suite of ADAS features such as lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and autonomous emergency braking.
With prices ranging from Rs 7.49 lakh to Rs 15.49 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom), the XUV 3XO is ready to take on the competition from Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, and Maruti Brezza.
Under the hood, the XUV 3XO offers three engine choices. The 1.2-litre petrol engine comes in two turbo variants, delivering either 109bhp/200Nm or 129bhp/230Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the 1.5-litre diesel engine churns out 115bhp and 300Nm of peak torque. As for transmission, the vehicle comes with a choice of six-speed manual, six-speed AMT, or an automatic torque converter unit.
