New Song From Raj B Shetty's Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye Out

Kannada film Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye, written and directed by Raj B Shetty, will release on November 24. Anand Audio has unveiled a song from the film, which is titled Mellage, on November 6. Madhuri Seshadri has provided her vocals to this track. Pruthvi has written the lyrics, while Midhun Mukundan has composed the music. The song captures the on-screen chemistry between the lead pair (Raj B Shetty and Siri Ravikumar’s characters). Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye marks the debut production of actress Ramya via her production house, AppleBox Studios. They have produced this film in collaboration with Raj B Shetty’s Lighter Buddha Films. Mellage’s official video has garnered more than 2,00,000 views till now.

Social media users loved the track. One of them commented, “Madhuri Sheshadri is the upcoming Shreya Ghoshal of Kannada cinema industry …!!! Amazing soulful voice." In an interview with The New Indian Express, Raj explained more about this number. He explained that Mellage offers a unique insight into a woman’s perspective on love. This is the reason, Raj said, that he chose Prithvi as the lyricist for writing this number. He further said, “I wanted her unique viewpoint,". He also praised the classical essence of the song and spoke highly of Midhun’s remarkable work. Siri too shared her profound love for the track. As per the reports, Prithvi penned the lyrics of this number, while he was studying in a college in Mangaluru.

Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye also stars Balaji Manohar, Surya Vashistta, Rekha Kudligi, JP Tuminadu, and Sneha Sharma in pivotal roles. Praveen Shriyan takes on the dual role of cinematographer and editor. Reportedly, most of the work related to Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye’s shooting has been wrapped up. The promotions of the film have also started. Initially, there were reports that besides being a producer, Ramya would also play the female lead in this film. She, however, backed out from the project at the last moment.
