Despite Ankita’s anticipation of winning, she fell short of securing a position in the coveted top 3. Munawar, on the other hand, reportedly walked away with a substantial monetary reward. Although not crowned the winner, Ankita did not leave empty-handed. She, reportedly, became the highest-paid contestant on Bigg Boss 17.

According to reports, Ankita received a weekly payment of Rs 12 lakh for her participation in the show. Having spent a total of 15 weeks in the Bigg Boss house, she earned a staggering 12 lakh rupees each week, accumulating a total of Rs 1.08 crore. This notable figure surpasses the typical winner’s prize of Rs 50 lakh and a luxury car.

Ankita’s eviction from Bigg Boss surprised many, including her husband Vicky Jain and the show’s host, Salman Khan. Vicky, visibly emotional and with tears in his eyes, witnessed Ankita’s departure. Despite the unexpected turn of events, Ankita expressed her happiness, emphasising the presence of her mother by her side during this pivotal moment.

Throughout her Bigg Boss journey, Ankita consistently garnered attention, particularly for her conflicts with her husband Vicky Jain and his mother. Tensions escalated in the show’s second week when Ankita said that she was emotionally neglected by her businessman husband. The relationship weathered frequent conflicts and heated arguments, intensifying with the entry of Vicky’s mother into the house. However, Vicky later realised his mistakes and apologised, going down on one knee to express his remorse.

On the professional front, Ankita Lokhande, renowned for her roles in Pavitra Rishta, Baaghi 3 and Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, is set to star in the upcoming film Swatantra Veer Savarkar. Despite not clinching the Bigg Boss title, Ankita’s journey in the show undoubtedly left a lasting impact on viewers and kept her in the spotlight.
