Finance Minister Arun Jaitley concluded this year’s Budget speech by putting forward his government’s mission. He said, “ Our mission is to especially strengthen agriculture, rural development, health, education, employment, MSMEs and infrastructure sectors of the Indian economy from marts, and from markets.”
New Delhi: While many experts are terming this year’s Budget as farmer friendly and the one being drafted keeping in mind the upcoming elections, the speech offers a window to what the BJP-led government is eyeing on.
