The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) on Thursday suspended the head coach of the senior women’s team, Vidyuth Jaisimha for allegedly drinking alcohol on the team bus. HCA chief Jagan Mohan Rao directed Vidyuth to refrain from all cricket-related activities with immediate effect, pending enquiry by the board.
In an official statement, Rao said the action was taken after noticing several videos that were circulated on various WhatsApp groups and local news channels while a complaint about the head coach was also received via e-mail on Wednesday. The HCA chief also asserted that a lifetime ban would be imposed if Vidyuth is found guilty.
“We are inquiring when this incident took place. When did the women’s team go on tour? If alcohol is consumed, how did the alcohol get into the team bus? Who brought it,” the statement quoted Rao as saying.
The HCA chief assured that a thorough investigation will be done on this related matter and strict action will be taken against the accused persons. The staff is talking to the women cricketers and will complete the investigation as soon as possible.
“No matter how big they are, those who violate the dignity and security of women will not be tolerated,” it added.
Cricketers’ parents write to the HCA President
Earlier on February 12, parents and relatives of several women cricketers complained to the HCA chief, bringing up Vidyuth’s misconduct and habit of intimidating the players over objecting. They also demanded a life ban imposition on the head coach.

Nageswara Rao and I.P.S officershe is also anRanji Cricketer and his elder brother Vivek Jaisimha is the senior coach in Hyderabad Cricket Association of Excellence,saying no one can touch him in aur Cricket Association for his these contacts.
