CBSE Class 10 Revaluation 2024: Students can apply for verification of marks for the Class 10th CBSE 2024 results by May 24

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated the re-evaluation process for students who recently received their Class 10th and 12th results. Students who are not satisfied with their marksheets can now apply online at cbse.gov.in or the Pariksha Sangam website to have their marks verified, photocopied and reevaluated.

Students can apply for verification of marks for the Class 10th CBSE 2024 results by May 24. Candidates can apply for the photocopy of the answer sheets on June 4 and 5. As per the official, the re-evaluation process is set to begin on June 9.

According to the CBSE official website, candidates wishing to verify their marks can only do so by requesting a photocopy of their assessed answer booklet. Only those applicants who have submitted a request and received a photocopy of their answer sheet will be eligible for re-evaluation.

CBSE Class 10 Revaluation 2024: How To Apply?

Step 1. Visit the official website cbse.gov.in.

Step 2. Now, click on the link ‘Pariksha Sangam’.

Step 3. You will be redirected to a new homepage. Click on ‘Continue’.

Step 4. Navigate to the re-evaluation section:

a. Click on the option Schools (Ganga)

b. Select School Digilocker and Post Exam Activities

c. Click on the Re-Checking and Re-Evaluation tab.

Step 5. On the new homepage, click on ‘Apply verification Class 10’.

Step 6. Fill in your roll number, school number and centre number, then proceed.

Step7. Pay the required fee and click on submit.

Step 8. Take a screenshot or bookmark the tab for future use.

Applicants are required to turn in their marksheet and certificate if there is a change in marks following the re-evaluation, whether it be an increase or decrease. Students will then get a certificate and marksheet that reflects their revised grades.

This year, the CBSE Class 10th results showed an overall pass rate of 93.6 per cent, a slight improvement over last year’s 93.12 per cent. Females outperformed males by 2.04 per cent, with an overall pass rate of 94.75 per cent for girls compared to 92.71 per cent for boys. Additionally, the pass rate for transgender students increased from 90 per cent last year to 91.3 per cent this year.
