NEET SS Counselling 2023: Candidates who have been assigned seats in round 2 can complete the admissions process by January 5 up till 6 pm

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET SS Counselling 2023 round 2 reporting deadline has been extended by the Medical Counselling Committee. Candidates who have been assigned seats in round 2 were earlier asked to report to their assigned colleges between December 24 and December 31. Now, the reporting deadline has been extended and candidates can complete the admissions process by January 5 up till 6 pm.

“MCC is in receipt of many requests from Super Specialty 2023 candidates, for extension of reporting for Round 2 of SS Counselling due to various reasons. Accepting the request of candidates, the competent authority has allowed for extension of reporting of Round-2 of SS Counselling 2023. Hence, the reporting for Round-2 of SS Counselling will be available upto 06:00 P.M of 05.01.2024,” read the official notice by MCC.

NEET SS 2023: Documents required during reporting

Candidates chosen for the NEET SS 2023 will be required to report to the institutions for the following documents:

–– NEET SS seat allotment letter 2023

–– NEET SS admit card

–– NEET SS 2023 Result

–– MBBS degree certificate

–– MD/MS/DNB degree certificate in the concerned speciality

–– Permanent/provisional registration certificate issued by NMC/ NBE/State Medical Council

–– Birth certificate/ High school or higher secondary certificate as proof of date or birth.

–– Govt issued ID proofs ( Aadhar card, PAN card, voter ID card, passport or driving licence)

The round 2 provisional allocation result is available at mcc.nic.in for those who applied for the NEET SS 2023 counselling. The round 2 allocation result includes a list of candidates as well as the college and course that have been assigned to them. The seat allocation result for D.M./M.Ch./DNB SS seats has been announced based on the choices provided by students when enrolling for the NEET SS round 2 counselling procedure.

On October 15, the results of the NEET SS 2023, which was held on September 29 and 30, were made public. The test had 150 questions, and each question was worth four points according to the scoring system. When calculating the final scores, no points are awarded for questions that are not attempted, and one point is deducted for each wrong response.
