TS EAPCET 2024 Application Process to Commence from February 26, Notification Released

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released the notification for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TS EAPCET 2024). The application process will start on February 26 and the deadline to submit the applications is April 6. Candidates are required to apply through the official website eapcet.tsche.ac.in. However, the applications will be accepted with a late fee until May 4. Candidates who have applied can review their applications and make any necessary corrections from April 8 to April 12.

The TS EAPCET-2024 examination for the Engineering (E) stream is scheduled to take place from May 9 to May 10, while the examination for Agriculture & Pharmacy (AP) will be conducted from May 11 to May 12. The exam will be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTU Hyderabad) in offline mode.

TS EAPCET-2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying must have passed or appeared for the final year of the TS Inter examination or Diploma Examination with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology as optional related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology conducted by the board.

According to the notification, the minimum eligibility criteria states that candidates from the unreserved category must have scored at least 45 per cent, while those from reserved categories must have scored a minimum of 40 per cent in the subjects (MPC/BiPC).

For Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates must have attained a minimum age of 16 years as of December 31 in the year of admission, with no upper age limit specified. Detailed eligibility criteria can be found in the notification.

TS EAPCET 2024: Application Fee

The application fee for Engineering (E) or Agriculture & Pharmacy (AP) is Rs 900, while SC/ST & PWD candidates are required to pay Rs 500 for either stream.

For students who want to appear in both Agriculture & Pharmacy (AP) and Engineering (E), the application fee is Rs 1,800. For SC/ST and PWD applicants applying for Engineering (E) and Agriculture & Pharmacy (AP), the application fee is Rs 1,000.
