In the photos, the actress wore a mustard yellow and grey silk saree which she teamed with a matching blouse. She opted for a nude makeup look with brown, smokey eyes and a nude lip gloss. She left her traces open in soft curls and a multicoloured stone necklace set, matching bangles and a golden watch. Not only in traditional outfits, but Dushara also looks extremely gorgeous in Western attire too. On January 16, the actress shared a couple of photographs from her vacation. In the snaps, Dushara was seen slaying in a black V-neck short mini dress. She was sitting on the rocks in front of a waterfall as she posed for the camera.

Dushara was last seen in the Tamil romantic psychological thriller film Aneethi. It was written and directed by Vasanthabalan and produced by Vasanthabalan himself, VM Krishna Kumar, Murugan Gnanavel and Varadharajan Manickam under the banner of Urban Boyz Studios. The film stars Arjun Das and Dushara Vijayan in the lead roles.

Dushara Vijayan is currently busy shooting for her upcoming movie, Vettaiyan. This upcoming action drama film is written and directed by TJ Gnanavel. It is produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under Lyca Productions. The film stars Rajinikanth, leading an ensemble cast that includes Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier and Ritika Singh.
