The robbery took place on December 28 when Jack Grealish was competing in Manchester City’s Premier League game against Everton. The crooks invaded the 28-year-old’s home, making their way past the security and perimeter fencing. The entire ordeal took place in the presence of his girlfriend and family members who were watching Grealish perform against the Toffees. The incident left footballer’s close ones in a state of shock as cops quickly raced to the situation. A police helicopter also arrived at the location to monitor the area.
Following the robbery, Jack Grealish spoke about the situation on Instagram. While uploading a picture of himself and Skye, Grealish wrote, “I can’t begin to explain how devastated I am over the burglary that took place at my home a few days ago. My family mean the world to me and nothing is more important than ensuring their safety. This has been a traumatic experience for all of us, I am just grateful that nobody was hurt.”

Jack Grealish’s £5.6 million luxury property includes some state-of-the-art amenities including a helipad, a tennis court, full-sized football and cricket pitches and a lake. Grealish’s luxury home is located within the ‘Golden Triangle’ affluent within Cheshire. It is the same location where several football stars have been targeted by thieves in the recent past. In March 2022, French international Paul Pogba’s mansion was raided while his kids slept upstairs. This incident also took place when Pogba was competing in a game at Old Trafford.
