You cannot download Disney Plus content on a laptop. There are many ways to watch Disney+, you can only download shows and movies if you're using the mobile app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. You cannot use the Disney+ website or desktop app on your laptop to download movies for offline viewing. Note that offline viewing via a mobile device is only available to Disney+ Premium, Disney Bundle Trio Premium, and Legacy Disney Bundle subscribers.
