Open your iPhone or iPad’s Settings iPhone Settings App Icon. You’ll usually find this app on the home screen.
Tap your name. It’s the first option in the Settings menu.
Tap iTunes & App Store. It’s the option with a blue square icon containing a white ″A.″
Tap your Apple ID. It’s the email address at the top of the menu.
Tap View Apple ID. It’s at the top of the pop-up menu. If prompted to enter a passcode or use Touch ID, follow the on-screen instructions to do so.
Scroll down and tap Subscriptions. It’s near the center of the menu. A list of all subscriptions connected to this Apple ID will appear.
Tap Calm. A list of all subscription options will appear.
Scroll down and tap Cancel Trial or Cancel Subscription. It’s at th bottom of the screen. A confirmation message will appear, informing you that you will still be able to use the app’s premium features until the last day of the billing or trial period.
Tap Confirm. This cancels your subscription or trial.
