This wikiHow teaches you how to cancel your IHeartRadio subscription when you’re using a computer. If you subscribed through a service like Amazon, Roku, or iTunes, you must cancel your subscription through that service.

Amazon

Go to https://www.amazon.com in a web browser. If you’re not signed in already, sign in now by clicking Sign In at the top-right corner of the page.

Click Account & Lists. It’s near the top-right corner of the page.

Click Apps & more. It’s under the ″Digital content and devices″ header on the left side of the page.

Click Your subscriptions. It’s under the ″Manage″ header near the top-left corner of the page.

Click Action next to ″IHeartRadio.″ A drop-down menu will appear.

Click Turn off auto renewal. This cancels your IHeartRadio membership. You can keep using IHeartRadio through the end of the current billing period.

Apple TV / iTunes

Open iTunes. It’s on the Dock in macOS, and in the All Apps area of the Start menu in Windows.

Click the Account menu.

Click View My Account. If you don’t see it, click Sign In… and then sign in with your Apple ID.

Enter your Apple ID password. This takes you to your account page.

Scroll down to ″Settings.″ It’s near the bottom of the page.

Click Manage next to ″Subscriptions.″ It’s at the bottom of this section. A list of your subscriptions will appear.

Click Edit next to ″IHeartRadio.″

Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription. It’s under your subscription details.

Confirm your cancellation. Your IHeartRadio subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.

Google Play

Go to https://play.google.com/store/account in a web browser. You’ll need to sign in if you haven’t yet done so. Use this method if you subscribed to IHeartRadio through a Google app or device.

Click View next to ″IHeartRadio.″ Some details about your subscription will appear.

Click Cancel.

Confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, you’ll still be able to listen to IHeartRadio until the final day of the billing cycle.

Go to https://www.iheart.com in a web browser. If you signed up on IHeartRadio’s website, this method will help you cancel your subscription.

Click the profile icon. It’s the outline of a person at the top-right corner of the page.

Sign in to your iHeart account. Enter your username and password, then click Log In. If your account is connected to your Facebook or Google account, click one of those options to sign in.

Click Settings.

Click Change Plan. It’s under the ″Subscriptions″ header. A menu will expand.

Click Cancel Subscription. A confirmation message will appear.

Confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will be active until the date displayed on the screen. You will not be billed again by IHeartRadio.

Roku

Go to https://my.roku.com in a web browser. You’ll have to sign in to your Roku account if you haven’t yet done so. Use this method if you signed up for IHeartRadio on your Roku player.
