Open your web browser to the Yelp webpage.
Click the "About Me" tab, from inside your personal profile photo-menu. This button is located in the top-right corner of all Yelp pages.
Click the "Reviews" tab. Although the "Profile Overview" page works for finding reviews you've written recently, for those written outside of the last few days, you may want to look a little further and click "Reviews" instead.
Search for your review and click the review you'd like to delete. If you need, on the Reviews page you'll find a search box you can use to search for the review. If you remember the title of the business as it appeared on Yelp, you can search for this title, or you can search for a specific word inside a review.
Scroll down until you've found the review you'd like to remove and look for a trash can button alongside several other buttons including buttons to share, update and edit the review and click this trash can. If you'd like to read the entire review, you may want to click the title of the business from the Reviews list, and enter in, instead looking for just that trash can button to the right of your vote views information.
Select your removal reason. Generally, to remove the review, you can select "Other" - no questions asked, but clicking another button will tell you another thing you can do instead of removing the review - such as posting a review update.
Explain to Yelp why you want to remove your review using the box labeled "Can you provide additional information about your situation?". While you might want to keep the summary easy to explain, make sure they understand the situation.
Click the "Remove review" button to remove your review. Doing so, you may still see your review temporarily until Yelp approves the removal, but if you selected "Other" and provided a reason, your removal should be instantaneous.
