KOCHI: After hearing a big 'no' from Principal Sessions Court, the owners of Apple A Day Properties on Friday approached the Kerala High Court seeking anticipatory bail. Saju Kadavilan and Rajeev Cheruvara filed the anticipatory bail applications before Justice V Ramkumar, who directed the state government to make its stand clear on the issue. The prosecution submitted that they could not make an argument on the petition before studying the case diary in detail. The court had posted the hearing on the anticipatory bail petitions to June 9.The police have so far registered 76 cases against the accused for duping people who have invested money in several real estate projects of their company.
