Muzaffarpur: A 12-year-old boy was allegedly thrown out of a moving train by Railway Protection Force (RPF) jawans near Kudhani railway station in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district on Thursday, as per information from police sources.
The boy identified as Salahuddin picked up a quarrel with the RPF jawans when the latter asked him to show his ticket, sources said.
As he refused to obey the RPF jawan's diktat, they threw him out from the moving train near Kudhani railway station this afternoon, they said.
When contacted, Superintendent of Sri Krishna Medical College Hospital D K Thakur said the doctors had to amputate the left leg of the boy because of the accident.
The boy was still in coma, he revealed.
Meanwhile, police have launched raids to capture the RPF jawans, who managed to escape at Kudhani, they said.
