BANGALORE: A miscreant who snatched a gold chain from a woman in Cottonpet police station limits on Wednesday night was chased and caught by the public. Prema was walking on Akkipet Main Road when her chain was snatched. When she raised an alarm, bystanders chased and caught the chain snatcher and handed him to the local police.
