HYDERABAD: A special examination centre for differently-abled candidates will be set up for the civil services preliminary examination at the Science College at Saifabad in the city.Hyderabad collector and Civil Services Examination co-ordinator Natarajan Gulzar issued orders to this effect at a review meeting on the conduct of the examination here on Tuesday. The examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on June 12.As many as 34,665 candidates are expected to appear for the preliminary examination to be held in 87 centres from 9.30 am to 11.30 (first paper) and 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm (second paper). The candidates should reach their respective exam centres half-an-hour before the exam time, the collector said. The collector would also convene a meeting with supervisors to discuss the measures for the smooth conduct of the examination.
