French baby falls from cradle, dies

Kochi: A four-month-old child of a French couple, residing here, died on Saturday. The baby which was lying in a cradle, turned around and fell over its face resulting in its death owing to suffocation.Wojick Yannick and Valerie, the parents of the child, had been staying in Kochi for the last three-and-a-half years, the police said. The mother of the child was away when the mishap occurred.
