Mumbai: The lone terrorist caught alive after the 26/11 siege in Mumbai, Mohammad Ajmal Kasab is continuing his denial spree.
He has said that the 50 bullets fired from an AK 47 were not his for he simply did not have any weapon.
The court, which resumed after Christmas vacations, questioned Kasab on the opinion given by Ballistic experts and DNA reports which have nailed him in the terror attacks.
The ballistic experts have opined that the bullets fired from Kasab's AK-47 rifle had caused fatal injuries on the bodies of victims, special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told PTI.
Nikam further said this scientific evidence will falsify Kasab's "fabricated" story that he had not fired on the people. He is charged with gunning down 166 persons.
Meanwhile, Kasab has also alleged that the Government laboratory is faking evidence to nail him.
He also stated that the CCTV footage captured in Mumbai is not him and that he was not present on the boat MV Kuber and did not kill Solanki.
