BANGALORE: In connection with the cheating case by Guru Teak Investments (Mysore) Private Limited, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) police asked the people who were cheated by the company to approach the company’s office seeking the refund of money.The police also requested the public to lodge a case against the company if it does not return their money within a month from the day they approach the company. The company’s registered office is at No. 93, first floor, LIC Colony, near Shankar Mutt Circle in Basaveshwaranagar.During the course of investigation it had come to light that the company had collected Rs 104 crore from 4,79,862 people. The company has informed the police that so far it has returned Rs 14 crore to its investors.
