New Delhi: Joining hands to try and shake the system, the blind students of Delhi University came out to express solidarity with the death of their friend 22-year-old Mukesh Bhangel who was found hanging inside his hostel room in Hans Raj College in the capital.
At first glance, the death looked like a case of suicide. However, when taking a closer look and seeing that the victim’s hands were tied together, the police now believe a possible murder on campus of a helpless blind student.
Victm's Brother Gurdayal Singh said, "They asked me questions about my family. And then told me that your brother's body has been found with his hands tied."
The police have registered a case of murder and are questioning all those who were close to the victim. They are tilting towards believing that its an insider job. They now await the post mortem report to help clear things up
The Wednesday’s incident has left the prestigious Delhi College completely rattled. The police are now taking help from two of Mukesh's good friends - a girl from the same class and another childhood friend who studies in a different college. They hope to gather some clues to figure out the motive of the crime.
