The Kerala High Court on Monday directed the Crime Branch to submit the case diary of the Happy Rajesh murder case.

Justice S S Satheesachandran passed the order on a petition filed by Bindu, wife of Happy Rajesh, seeking  a CBI inquiry into the case. Happy Rajesh was the prime accused in the Unnithan murder attempt case.

The petitioner alleged that the accused in the Unnithan murder attempt case were behind her husband’s death. She also alleged inaction on the part of the Crime Branch probing the case and demanded that a full-fledged investigation be conducted. Rajesh was found dead in an autorickshaw in suspicious circumstances near Victoria Govt Hospital, Kollam.
