The officials were transferred only on the basis of the suicide note, the petition stated.However, the court orally observed that if the transfer was ordered solely on the basis of the suicide note, then the case has to be considered seriously. Counsel for the petitioners, Pirappancode V S Sudhir, said that the tribunal did not consider every aspect of the case while dismissing the petitioners’ plea. The Kerala High Court on Thursday issued notices to the CBI based on a petition filed by CBI officials S Unnikrishnan Nair and K K Rajan, whose names were mentioned in the suicide note of ASP Haridath, challenging their suspension.
