IIMK alumni meet held

KOCHI: ‘Sangam 2012’, the international annual alumni meet of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) students, was conducted  at Kakkanad on Saturday.Inaugurating the event, Joshy Joseph, chairperson of Alumni Relations and Activity committee of the IIMK Alumni Association, ensured the support of the association in  the development projects initiated by the alumni association chapters. “IIMK is in the process of setting up a satellite centre at Kochi soon,” he said.Addressing the audience,  Bhupesh, manager, P V S Memorial Hospital, emphasised the need for the alumni to set up a group of scholarly  speakers from alumnus who could provide insights to students through campus sessions. Balakrishnan, Chief Technology Officer  Geojit BNP-Paribas, Krishnaswami, Ajith Kumar B, Aji George and Anumod Sebastian were present. The event was organised worldwide at Bangalore, Kochi, Dallas, Dubai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, London, Mumbai, Delhi (Gurgaon), New Jersey, Singapore and other centres  simultaneously.
