Mumbai: Although her recent film 'RA.One' released on Wednesday, Kareena Kapoor had lots to celebrate the next day. The actress is proud to share space with the who's who at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London.
Interestingly, Bebo's wax replica sports her look from 'Jab We Met' as against the much talked about 'size zero' from 'Tashan'. "I didn't want a western look. An Indian look would stand out better. Besides, 'Jab We Met' is an iconic film for me," she enthuses, recalling how girls went ga-ga over her character Geet, in the film.
Asked about her mother, former actress Babita's reaction to her wax replica and the Kapoor kudi says, "Mom's very thrilled and proud that her daughter is gaining this kind of exposure globally. She's very happy with the way my career has shaped up."
The effervescent actress conceded that she missed beau Saif Ali Khan at the unveiling, "Saif's currently wrapping up Agent Vinod, which is a very important film for both of us," she said.
Questioned about missing Saif's statue next to hers, Kareena maintained, "Hopefully, that will happen soon. And then we both will be here for it."
A conversation with Kareena can't be complete without asking about their wedding plans, more so since stories of their 'Valentine wedding' have been doing the rounds.
"The only thing happening for me the forthcoming Valentine's Day is 'Ek Main Aur Ek Tu', my next film, with Imran Khan for Karan Johar's production house. As for the wedding, Saif and I will talk about it after 'Agent Vinod'," she concluded.
