Kid force-fed liquor, neighbour held

KOCHI: A four-year-old  boy from Pathalam was admitted to the Aluva General Hospital after  he was being force-fed alcohol by a neighbour.  The incident came to notice of the child’s mother when she found the odour of liquor as the kid came out of the neighbour, Vadivellu’s (36) house. The child then started vomiting and eventually collapsed from fatigue.  The child was reportedly playing inside the neigbhour’s compound when the incident took place.  Vadivellu was remanded after a case was filed against him under the Juvenile Justice Act.
