Judge N K Sudhindra Rao posted the complaint by socialactivist T J Abraham for orders taking on record twoapplications filed by him today. Abraham prayed the court to attach the entire extent of6,999 acres representing alleged "fraudulent" execution of thetoll road project and procure a report of all transactionsthat were made with respect to it. He also pleaded with the court to exercise the powerconferred under section 4 of the Criminal Law AmendmentOrdinance to direct the S.P, Lokayukta Police, to forthwithattach the total toll illegally collected by NandiInfrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE), the company whichimplemented the project, or through its agents. Abraham who also filed a synopsis along with tabularpresentation of claims made in the complaint, submitted thatbasic aim of the project, which was to create a concrete roadof international standards connecting Bangalore and Mysore hadnot been fulfilled at all.
