Man found murdered

BANGALORE: A 50-yearold man was battered to death by unidentified miscreants at Kempa Dommasandra in Anekal police station limits on the outskirts of the city on Sunday.The victim has been identified as Chinnaswamy, a construction works supervisor.His wife Manjula, 40, is absconding after the murder and police have suspected her role behind the murder.Police said the couple were earlier residents of Kempa Dommasandra and had shifted to Attibele an year ago.On Sunday afternoon, they had gone to visit a relative in Kempa Dommasandra and while returning on their scooter, unidentified assailants waylaid them and attacked Chinnaswamy with a wooden log and killed him on the spot. Meanwhile, Manjula is absconding after the incident.“It is suspected that she had an illicit affair and might have conspired the murder with her paramour.However, the exact reason for the murder has to be investigated,” police said.Anekal police have registered a murder case
