KOCHI: The police on Tuesday arrested a person with a stolen motor water pump from Parambithara Road in Kochi. The arrested person has been identified asRafael, alias Babu, 47, of Thyparambil house, Kadavanthara. He had allegedly stolen the pump from a printing press in Parambithara. The police officials said that the accused had been arrested for similar cases in the past.
