Model Tech School to approach SC

KOCHI: The joint meeting of the PTA and Protection Forum of the Model Technical Higher Secondary School has decided to file a case before the Supreme Court in the wake of the High Court rejecting their plea.The school representatives had filed a case before the High Court against the government’s decision to offer the Kaloor’s Government High School land, earlier occupied by National Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), to the family court despite requests to hand over the land to the school for development schemes. NUALS vacated the land when it moved its campus to Kalamassery. School Protection Forum chairman Moideen Shaw, principal P Saleena, councillor K V Manoj, Jameela Devan, A C Sojan and Martin took part in the meeting.
