New Delhi: The Delhi High court declined on Friday the petition seeking stay on attachment of property owned by Vikas Gill, an accused and proclaimed offender in Jessica Lall murder case.

The Division bench, headed by Justices R S Sodhi and P K Bhasin, ordered that the police should continue their drive to attach Vikas Gill's property, whether movable or immovable.

The court had granted the Delhi Police permission on September 26 to attach the immovable and movable property of Gill, declared as proclaimed offender in the Jessica Lall murder case.

According to state counsel Mukta Gupta, Gill's properties included a nursing home, a house and 18 acres of land spread across three villages.
