HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board on Monday issued a notification to fill 75 posts of deputy jailors and four posts of assistant matrons in prisons and correctional services department.
In a statement, the board officials said that the candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed 30 years as on July 1, 2011. They must be born not earlier than July 2, 1981 and not later than July 1, 1990 for the posts of deputy jailors. For the posts of assistant matrons, candidates must be in the age group of 2125 as on July 1, 2011. They must be born not earlier than July 2, 1986 and not later than July 1, 1990.

The candidate must possess a degree awarded by any university in the country, established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provisional Act of State or of any institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualification.
