Islamabad: Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence hit out at Indian Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar for his 'neutralise terrorist' remark alleging that that the statement is not just a spontaneous remark but also confirms India's attempt to sponsor terrorism in Pakistan.
ISI propaganda magazine Hilal said Parrikar's statement reflected India's strategy to support terrorism in Pakistan. It said the remark added a new dimension to the existing conflict threat Pakistan been dealing with.
Parrikar had said that India will take "pro-active" steps to prevent a 26/11 type attacks hatched from foreign soil.
"We have to neutralise terrorists through terrorists only. Why can't we do it? We should do it. Why does my soldier have to do it?," Parrikar had said.
Parrikar added that the army has been given orders to neutralise infiltrators trying to enter India. "I can only say that anyone trying to infiltrate will be neutralised," Parrikar had said.
Parrikar also said that a terrorist who comes with a gun cannot be lectured on human rights.
