New Delhi: Whenever there's a story based on friendship, it takes us on a trip down the memory lane of our good old school days where friendship mattered the most. Director Tanushree Chatrji Bassu's ' Purani Jeans' is based on on this theme of friendship. Starring Tanuj Virwani, Aditya Seal and Izabelle Leite, 'Purani Jeans' is the story of a young boy who returns to his hometown and reconnects with his old friends to rediscover the bonds of friendship and love. And they get to experience the different shades of friendship.
The music has been composed by Ram Sampath and Sona Mohapatra's mesmerising voice in 'Dil Aaj Kal' leaves you spell-bounded.
As this is Rati Agnihotri's son Tanuj Virwani's second movie, a lot is expected from the good-looking actor, as he couldn't wow his fans in his first movie. Cine-goers are also looking forward to see Aditya Seal, who was last seen as a teenager in Manisha Koirala starrer 'Ek choti si love story'. Will this movie have a dream run at the box-office or will it turn out to be just another run-of-the-mill project?
