Mumbai: After her public engagement with NRI Elesh Parujanwala at the finale of a reality TV show Rakhi Ka Swayamvar, Rakhi Sawant introduced him to the media on Monday.
Thirty-two-year-old Toronto-based Elesh was chosen by Rakhi as her life partner from the original list of 16 contestants in 26 episodes.
“Elesh is a nice man and he will fulfill all the promises he made to me on the show,” says Rakhi.
But as the swayamvar has just ended in a mere engagement, viewers are very curious about Rakhi’s wedding plans.
“We need to understand each other to get married and therefore we are just engaged right now,” clears the controversial item girl.
Rakhi also retorted to the allegations that the whole show was nothing but a gimmick for TRPs and publicity.
“I got married in front of everyone, what more evidences do you want,” Rakhi asks reporters.
