Tower debris to be dumped in sea

BAPATLA: The clearance of debris of Galigopuram of Sri Bhavanarayana Swamy temple, which collapsed on Sunday, began on Tuesday. The Archaeology Department which maintains the temple, decided to dump the debris of  the 70-ft high Galigopuram into the sea near Suryalanka honouring the sentiments of devotees.The debris clearance work taken up under the supervision of Sri Lakshmi, superintendent of Archeology Department, is expected to be completed by midnight.
