Alia Bhatt made a stunning bridesmaid at a friend’s wedding in Jaipur. The actress was seen performing at the stage as she and her friends grooved to Badshah’s track Genda Phool, originally picturised on Jacqueline Fernandez.
For her friend’s wedding event, Alia opted for a stunning pink saree. Akansha Ranjan Kapoor was also seen with Alia at the venue.
Meanwhile, Alia will be turning a year older on Monday. Recently, Covid scare had surrounded her but she informed fans via social media that she has not contracted the virus. Her Gangubai Kathiawadi director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and boyfriend and Brahmastra co-star Ranbir Kapoor have tested positive for coronavirus over the week. She was working with both of them closely. However, she is safe from the virus.
Meanwhile, her next release in Gangubai Kathiawadi, arriving in cinemas on July 30. It will clash at the box office with Prabhas starrer biggie Radhe Shyam.
Gangubai Kathiawadi is based on a book and is inspired by the real life story of the woman of the same name. It will chronicle her life and times as she rose from a life of prostitution to becoming a powerful woman in her area Kamathipura.
Her upcoming releases include Brahmastra- Part 1, RRR and Darlings among others.
