Jason Shah Makes SHOCKING Confession About His Sex Addiction, Heeramandi Star Says 'I Started To...'

Actor Jason Shah, known for his role in Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, has impressed audiences with his strong acting skills. He has openly discussed his struggle with sex addiction and has offered encouragement to those facing similar challenges. Jason, known for his role in Jhansi Ki Rani, discussed society’s perception of sex addiction and his efforts to support others dealing with it in an interview with Zoom.

He said, “I started to build my relationship with God. This involved daily prayers, communicating with His spirit, and learning to replace the negative aspects of my life with positive ones. Fasting played a significant role as it helped me strengthen my willpower and self-control.”

He talked about his spiritual journey, saying, “When you focus on God, you’re not only looking at the light but also looking upward, which helps you move away from meaningless distractions. This upward gaze prevents you from seeking instant gratification and instead directs you towards a brighter future. This shift in focus helps you gain greater respect for yourself and others.”

Sex addiction, also called hypersexual disorder, involves uncontrollable sexual thoughts, urges, or actions that disrupt daily life, relationships, and responsibilities. Jason wants to help others by sharing his journey and the strategies he used to improve himself. He shared, “In today’s world, we often build a facade of a perfect life, which is a poor representation of who we truly are. This facade sends the wrong message to those who look up to us. Admitting your mistakes requires courage, and I find purpose in helping those around me by sharing my journey.”
