Kareena Kapoor Teases She's 'Struggling' When Asked How Many Apartments She Owns in Bandra | Watch

Kareena Kapoor Khan joked that she was ‘struggling’ when asked about the number of properties she owns in Mumbai.

She jokingly added that her struggle is such that she has to live in her husband’s house in Bandra. The actressed passed the funny comment after she was asked about her fees.

Speaking with The Week recently, Kareena was informed that she is among the highest paid actresses in Bollywood. The interviewer shared that she spoke to a few Bollywood producers and they confirmed that the Singham Again star draws Rs 10 to 15 crores per film, only a handful of actresses charge that sum. Cracking up at the revelation, Kareena confessed she is glad she is in the top league.

“I hope so, I hope whatever you say is right. It’s not about my acting… The films I choose is not about money, that I am very clear about. It has never been about the money. If I like a role, I might do a film for less, it depends on my mood, it depends on what the film is, what the role is offering, I am at that stage where I think I can do whatever. If it is a big commercial film, then your figures are less (laughs),” she said.

When the interviewer asked her how many apartments she owns in the building the interview was taking place, Kareena said the interview was taking place at her husband Saif Ali Khan’s home. “This is my husband’s house, we are sitting and doing this interview in that. See I am struggling,” she joked.

Kareena was last seen in Crew, released earlier this year. The film, which also starred Tabu, Kriti Sanon and Diljit Dosanjh, was a hit. She will now be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. The actress will share the screen with Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone, to name a few.
