Neetu Kapoor reacted to a morphed photo showing her late husband, actor Rishi Kapoor, with their granddaughter Raha Kapoor. A fan account shared the picture on Instagram. In the edited image, Rishi smiled while holding Raha. Rishi wore a blue T-shirt, and Raha wore a printed white dress with a tiara.
The caption of the picture read, “I wish Rishi ji was with us even today… and with Raha too.” Sharing it on her Instagram Stories, Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan wrote, “This is such a great edit. It fills our hearts with happiness. Thank you (folded hands and purple emojis).”
Re-sharing Soni’s post, Neetu Kapoor wrote on her Instagram Stories, “This is too adorable (smiling face with hearts emoji).”
Rishi Kapoor breathed his last on 30 April, 2020 after a prolonged battle with leukaemia (blood cancer). Alia Bhatt married the veteran actor’s son Ranbir Kapoor in an intimate wedding ceremony in Mumbai in 2022. The couple tied the knot at their Bandra home with their close friends and family in attendance. Only 40 people were a part of their festivities and Bhatt recently shared that it was a conscious decision. They welcomed their daughter, Raha Kapoor, in November 2022.

As Alia left for home, Neetu showered her with hugs and kisses. She also playfully pulled Alia’s cheeks.
