Shivaji Doltade-directed film titled Sangharsh Yoddha Manoj Jarange Patil is all set to hit the cinema halls on April 26, 2024. Headlined by Rohan Patil, this film is based on Maratha activist Manoj Jarange Patil. It stars an ensemble cast of Mohan Joshi, Shubhangi Latkar and Shrinivas Pokale. Now, the makers have amped up fans’ curiosity regarding the film by unveiling a devotional track titled Jai Dev Jai Dev Jai Shivraya. The video of this track shows Rohan Patil, who will be playing the lead role, and the other devotees offering their prayers to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, founder of the Maratha empire. Adarsh Shinde has lent his vocals to the track, composed by the duo Chinar-Mahesh and penned by Mangesh Kangane.
Social media users loved the track and most of them admired the vocals by singer Adarsh Shinde. Others appreciated the fact that the makers are coming up with a film based on Manoj Jarange Patil. On the technical front, Krishna Naikar has handled the cinematography of the film, while Amit Javalkar is the editor. Narmada Cinevision and Sonai Film Creation have produced this film.
Jarange Patil became famous after the police lathi charge on Maratha protesters on September 1, 2023, at Antarwali Sarati in Jalna district. He had performed an indefinite hunger strike for the Maratha reservation.
