Son of actor-musician Daboo Malik and brother of music composer Amaal Malik, Armaan Malik is himself a reputable and established singer and has created a niche for himself. As the singer-songwriter completes 16 years in the industry, he took to his Instagram handle and shared a video, expressing gratitude for all the love and support from fans. Notably, Armaan Malik, at 28, has, to his credit, international collaborations with the likes of Ed Sheeran and, of course, dozens of hit Bollywood songs. And now that he has completed 16 years, the singer has expressed his heartfelt emotions on Instagram.
Armaan Malik expresses gratitude on completing 16 years
Armaan Malik, while sharing his happiness over completing 16 long years in the music industry, thanked his fans, followers, and also the music composers and lyricists who have collaborated with him.
“Hi everyone. I hope you guys are doing amazing. Well, today is a special day. I have completed 16 years in the music industry, and I feel extreme gratitude for all of you, all my fans, all my listeners, and all the amazing people with whom I have collaborated. Be it the music composers, lyric writers, writers, or music directors who have found me and my voice worthy enough of their projects, thank you to everyone, and thank you for embracing me, my music, and my voice,” he said.
He further captioned the video with a sweet note that read, “Wow, time really flew, didn’t it? Thank you for being there with me and supporting my music for these incredible 16 years. Feeling blessed and grateful for your love.”
As soon as the video was dropped, many, including music composer Salim Merchant, congratulated Armaan Malik for his successful years in the industry. “Lots of love Armaan, You are always an inspiration. Keep creating,Keep spreading happiness,” one wrote, while another “HAPPY 16 YEARS OF ARMAAN MALIK.”

Last year, the singer-songwriter, in an interview with Firstpost, discussed completing 15 years in the industry. From his collaboration with Ed Sheen and the Korean band TRI.BE to Indian artists receiving global recognition and how the music scene has transformed over the years, Armaan Malik shared interesting deets back then. “15 years, I have spent my formative years of becoming what I am today — and I am grateful for every single moment leading up to this life,” he said.
